How to Determine the Different You Want

Updated: Jul 10, 2021

Your brain is screaming, “I want to change!”

But your self-esteem is screaming louder, “You’re not good enough… smart enough… educated enough (fill in the blank with the “not” that fits best)!

So, what can you do? Start by stopping. Yep. Stop allowing the “not” to have a voice. Listen to the change you want or the ideas you have and say “GO!” Allow the possibility of change to fill your brain space. Even if you are not sure what you want to change, give that part of you a fighting chance.

Once you put the possibility of change into a position of power, the details have an uncanny way of sorting out. It’s not really about knowing what you want and having a detailed plan. Success is about allowing yourself to dream and vision without letting “not” get in the way.
